What We Do
Gagneau Performance Training is a sports performance and fitness business offering everything you’ll need to reach your goals! Whether you are an athlete trying to take your game to the next level, or an adult working to get back in or stay in shape, we are here to help.
We specialize in training hockey players on and off the ice, but also work with other athletes to increase their strength, speed, power output, and agility.
Kyle Gagneau, owner and head instructor, has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He got his start by working at a summer hockey camp to help young athletes in the gym and on the ice. Kyle got his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with specializations in Health Promotions and Fitness Leadership from Michigan State University. After that, he became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has furthered his studies since with Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Fitness Nutrition Specializations from NASM. Kyle has most recently been certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
We offer 1 on 1 personal training, small group fitness, and team training both in the gym and on the ice. These sessions are tailored around your goals to help you excel both in your sport and in your life!
